Once we receive your inspection request, it is immediately processed into our database, and the inspection is scheduled with one of our many regional inspectors, based on timing and location. We have the geographical coverage to get inspectors out quickly. Most inspections are completed and any certifying documents are issued within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the order.

All of our order forms are available as both online forms and pdf files that can be filled out electronically. Incomplete forms (blank fields) could delay processing.
