The RCS office is located in Allen, Texas just north of Dallas, where RCS provides residential structural/foundation designs and inspections. Modular Homes
Installation and construction of modular homes are governed by the International Residential Code (IRC) and the state where the home is installed. Modular homes are fabricated in a factory and delivered to the location of the home. They may be financed by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) or an independent lender.
Manufactured Homes
Installation and construction of manufactured homes are regulated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Manufactured homes are also fabricated in a factory and delivered to the location of the home and may be financed by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) or an independent lender.
Commercial Buildings
