Site-Built Structural/Foundation Inspections
Foundation movement can be caused by many factors. An inspection by RCS will determine the cause(s) of the foundation movement. We work for you. We are not there to sell you anything. We will provide you with various repair options and the pros and cons of each so that you can make an informed decision.
In the DFW area, most foundation movement is caused by changing moisture levels in the clay soil. Many times, the preferred method of repair is installation of root barriers and moisture recovery. This is typically a less expensive, less invasive and a more effective solution than installing piers. It really gets to the "root" of the problem...pun intended!
